P&C Meeting - AGM

P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 25th March 2025, at 6:00 pm. Following the AGM, our regular monthly P&C meeting will take place. We invite all members of the school community to attend.

Key Information:

• Everyone in the school community is welcome to attend P&C meetings.

• To be eligible to vote, you must be a financial member and have attended at least one other P&C meeting in the current calendar year. Membership is $2 per year.

• All current P&C executive positions will be declared vacant, and new appointments will be made during the AGM.

• You don’t need to take on a specific role—just attending makes a difference!

• Your input matters! Come along, share your thoughts, and help shape our school community.

• To add an item to the March meeting agenda, email gunnedahhspandc@gmail.com.

• Meetings are held in C1 (enter via the front office; it’s the first classroom on the left).
